Fourth International, was the official journal of the International Committee of the Fourth International that formed after the wing of the ICFI, lead by the US SWP, reunified with the International Secretariat of the Fourth International in 1963 to form the United Secretariat of the Fourth International (USFI). The remaining ICFI (composed mainly of the Revolutionary Workers Party of Bolivia, Socialist Labor League [SLL] of the UK and the Internationalist Communist Organization of France) attempted to maintain those pre-unification perspectives of the original ICFI. Fourth International published for the ICFI by the SLL (later called the Workers Revolutionary Party) of the UK, grew out of the SLL’s own theoretical magazine, Labour Review which was incorporated into Fourth International in its inaugural issue in 1964. The editors of Fourth International were Tom Kemp and Cliff Slaughter.
